It a United 747-400 taking off from SFO. I searched on Airliners.net and there are no photos of a Malaysia 747-400 at SFO. I know it is SFO because I worked there for 20 years and the is the San Mateo Bridge in the background.
Good observation. I figured that someone would recognize that bridge eventually.
